Tungsten Worm Weights - Picasso is regarded as the leader in the manufacturing of tungsten products and developed the industries very first insert free/fray free weight over a decade ago. Our proprietary polishing, coating and strict QC processes are performed at our own facility located in the USA. We are in absolute control of each and every step of the manufacturing process to assure the weight being packaged is fray free and meets our highest quality standards.
While other companies claim their weights are fray free the truth is they have no idea which ones are and which ones are not, since they are already coming packaged from China.
Picasso worm weights contain the high tungsten content at 97% creating a very small and compact design, ideal for working through bottom structure such as blow downs, brush and rock piles with less hang-ups than is possible with traditional lead weights or those of lesser tungsten content.
The increased density and hardness of tungsten create a unique fish attracting sound and superior sensitivity that enables the angler to detect more subtle bites that would otherwise be missed. The concave bottom of the Picasso Worm Weights is designed to fit soft plastics to allow straighter rigging for a more life like action. Picasso's super tough Duraseal coating is also ultra smooth and resists chipping for long lasting color.

The Picasso Slick Core tungsten features an ultra slick yet thin inner sleeve to assure the ultimate protection and sensitivity while providing a slick surface so the weight travels out of the fishes mouth and up the line to provide the maximum hook penetration. Made of 97% pure tungsten to satisfy the demands of the most finicky anglers. Tungsten Flipping Weights

Picasso's Tungsten Worm and Flipping Weights are manufactured from the same molds Tru-Tungsten used. Picasso created the fray free/ insert free manufacturing processes for Tru-Tungsten and that same process continues with Picasso's Tungsten Weights. These weights get further process and QC in our own facility in the USA, just as we did for TT.
This is to assure every weight going into a package is of the highest quality and completely fray free. Made from 97% pure tungsten for the greatest sensitivity and allows the angler to detect subtle bites that would otherwise have been missed. The chip resistant Duraseal coating is ultra smooth, hard and long lasting.
Fish can not hold on to tungsten weights the way they can hold on to lead which translates into a very good hook set. 50% smaller profile than lead allows for fewer hang ups and allows tungsten weights to penetrate thick cover, slop or grass using less weight.
These weights are made from the same molds previously used by Tru-Tungsten, with added QA for guaranteed Fray-Free use.
