This completely eliminates the splitting into two halves that is common with our competition. You can fish with confidence when working over rock and other hard structure without the frustration and wasted money of a reeling in a split head.
Equipped with a premium 60 degree cross-eye Gamakatsu hook that offers a wider gap to accommodate larger soft plastics. The Tungsten shakedown also uses a slightly larger diameter Nickel Titanium spring which allows putting on your plastics with ease and always comes back to position after each fish. Unlike our competitors stiff stainless steel keepers.
The flexibility of the Nickel Titanium spring prevents it from ever interfering with the effective hook gap and also prevents the fish from tearing off the plastic due to its give, coupled with the super sensitivity of sintered tungsten the Shakedown gives you the best "shakey style" head on the market. Because it's smaller profile compared to lead it comes through rock, grass and other structure with less hang-ups.
